Dr. Davinder Sharma DVM, PhD- Dr. Sharma has been practicing Veterinary Medicine in Calgary for over 10 years. Before immigrating to Alberta, Dr. Sharma taught in Veterinary School in India for 20 years. He received his PhD in the UK in 2000. Since opening Cambrian Animal Hospital in 2010, he has taken to a passion for assisting local rescue foundations in animal welfare. Dr. Sharma also has a special interest in diagnostics, microbiology, and pathology of various canine and feline diseases
Dr. Kathleen Madsen, BSc, DVM - Dr. Madsen was born and raised in Calgary with the childhood dream of working with animals. She moved to Saskatoon to complete her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Saskatchewan. After graduating from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Madsen is excited to have returned back to her home town of Calgary and join the team at Cambrian Animal Hospital. She has strong interests in preventative medicine and wellness for companion animals, as well as acupuncture that she hopes to become certified in the near future. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, reading, spending time with family and any chance to travel to different places. Currently her fur family consists of 3 fantastic felines – Chase, Lynx and Tillie, and 2 dogs – Trixie and Bear.
Dr. Anupreet Toor DVM, M.V.Sc - Dr. Toor was born and brought up in India and graduated with a Masters in Veterinary Surgery and Radiology from the Vet School in India. She immigrated to Canada in 2018 and has been practicing here ever since. She loves performing surgeries and ensuring her patients are well cared for. Outside the clinic she enjoys spending time with her family, and she loves to go to the gym, dance, and read.
